Eden Adventures specialises in outdoor adventure tours, as well as teambuilding activities and tailormade tours of the Garden Route. We have offices in the Wilderness, in the heart of the National Park, as well as in Plettenberg Bay on the Keurbooms River.
We have been running a professional tour operation since early 1997 and with over 10 years of experience we can show you the best that the area has to offer. Our main tours include canoeing, kloofing and abseiling, but for those who would like to explore the area in their own time, Eden Adventures has an affordable range of canoes for hire.
In the Wilderness, the unique river system of the Wilderness National Park is fantastic for placid water canoeing. The most popular route is to pack a picnic and some swimming gear and head to the Touw River Waterfall. After about 40 minutes of canoeing and 40 minutes of walking on a stunning new boardwalk you will reach the waterfall. Relax, swim, picnic and return via the same way.
Also in the Wilderness one can find an amazing abseil next to the Swart River Waterfall. What makes this sight special is that you land in a canoe at the bottom! And in summer there is the Cappuccino Canyon Kloofing Tour. The deep pools with towering cliffs offer spectacular scenery and an amazing introduction to kloofing.
Plettenberg Bay is a new addition to Eden Adventures and offers stunning canoeing on the Keurbooms River, including the very popular Whiskey Creek overnight canoe trail. There is also the amazing 45m abseil at Robberg, where one often gets to watch whales in the sea below while you abseil!
