This truly is Plettenberg Bay's Hidden Secret. The tranquil waters of Keurbooms River winds its way down through indigenous forests and valleys to the Indian Ocean.
Take your own motor boat or canoe and you can cruise the river for a day, or a few hours and just get away from the hurly burly of life.
Our beautiful river is safe for swimming, has secluded sandy inlets ideal for mooring your boat to picnic or a braai*, to tan, fish, swim, read, watch the birds, monkeys.
Its a perfect spot to stop and watch the world go by.

*Braai - to barbeque - to cook a meal (generally meat) over an open fire. A great tradition in South Africa!
